Our 2026 theme, "Not Ashamed!" is taken from our theme verse for the year: Romans 1:16- For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is the Power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes! Our series in Daniel, "Who's Really in Charge?" lays the foundation for our 2026 theme in so many great ways.
In Daniel 1:3-21, Danile & Co. are taking to Babylon and striped of their Jewish heritage through identity, education, and their basic needs met. The nefarious attempt to strip them of their identity was striking at the heart of their relationship with the one true God! Daniel and his friends hold firm to their identity in the LORD and take a stand where they are able. God is sovereign through it all and shown to be the true God in charge of all kingdoms of the earth.
